How do I add a device to my ADT Command panel?
If you want to add devices such as a smart thermostat or smart locks to your Command system, an ADT Smart Security Pro must place your ADT keypad into “learn mode” and then add the devices from there.
However, you can easily add video devices directly on your Command panel. Simply follow the steps below:
Log into the control.adt.com portal.
Select the type of device from the left navigation bar.
Select “Settings” from the available options.
Select the applicable camera from the list of devices.
Follow the displayed instructions for pairing your device.
